- It's 250 gr of kentang kukus.
- You need of Bahan A.
- You need 1 butir of telur.
- It's 125 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of vanili.
- It's of Bahan B.
- Prepare 125 gr of tepung terigu.
- It's 175-200 ml of air.
- You need of Bahan C.
- Prepare 50 gr of margarin.
- You need 65 ml of santan (me:kara).
- You need of Topping.
- You need of Kismis.
- Prepare of Keju.
Lumpur Kentang step by step
- Kukus kentang hingga empuk lalu haluskan..
- Kocok bahan A sampe gula hancur pakai whisk..
- Masukan terigu dan air perlahan.aduk2 hingga rata..
- Tambahkan bahan C & kentang kukus. Aduk rata.
- Panaskan cetakan. Beri sedikit margarin. Tuang adonan 3/4 cetakan. Lalu tutup. Aku pakai api kecil ya. Jika adonan sudah setengah matang beri topping. Lalu tutup lagi biarkan hingga matang. (toppingnya aku kasih taburan coklat serut)😍.
